Mission

Stratasys is looking for a Finisher that will produce end quality prototype models ensuring they meet company standards using a variety of hand tools.

In this role, you will be utilizing customer files to view part details and following instructions on work orders.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Detail parts through part break out, removing support structures, sanding, and detailing model surfaces
  • Review files of each part assigned and follow work order instructions
  • Touching parts up if needed before turning in finished work
  • Performs basic operations of a tumbler, bead blaster, and wet blaster
  • Use a variety of basic electric and hand tools

Profile

Must Have For This Role

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working with hands
  • Good mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship
  • Previous measurement experience using hand tools or working assemply line
  • Previous experience working with shop equiptment including drill press, ahnd drills, sanders, uv lighting, etc.
  • Ability to work independetly and with a partner
  • Fast learner willing to accept feedback to improve on performance to meet customers requirements
  • Feels comfortable asking questions when in doubt
  • Ability to work 1 weekend day

Nice To Have

  • 1+ years of experience manufacturing end-use parts
  • Experience with precise measurement equipment
  • Exposure to reading blueprints
