Pollen AM are a French company dedicated to tackling the additive manufacturing sector. The company was founded in 2013 by Cédric Michel and Victor Roux. The startup currently produce 2 3D printers, one polymer 3D printer, and one metal 3D printer, the Pam Series M.
The Pam Series M is a metal 3D printer which uses Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) which uses metal pellets instead of the usual powder beds or wire. This has resulted in the printer being claimed to be cheaper than any other metal additive manufacturing system. The Pam Series M has a build volume of 300 x 300 x 300 mm and has a variety of different nozzle sizes which can be used.
