The HT45 3D printer, from the Spanish manufacturer Dynamical 3D, has been discontinued, so it is no longer marketed. Still, let’s take a look at its main properties. It is a machine designed to meet the needs of manufacturers of advanced materials. Based on FDM technology, it incorporates a number of mechanical and thermal features highly demanded by the industry.
Specific features of the HT45
Thanks to its high printing temperatures, the HT45 is capable of manufacturing parts with demanding and complex materials, such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI and metal filaments. The printing chamber is capable of reaching a temperature of 200 °C and the material extruder can reach 500 °C. It has a printing volume of 450 x 300 x 300 mm, a little smaller than the other Dynamical 3D machines. The printer integrates, among other things, an LDC touch screen, remote monitoring and assisted head height adjustment.
The use of advanced materials makes this 3D printer highly demanded by players in the additive manufacturing industry. Among its specifications, we find that the HT 45 allows liquid cooling of the extruders, has a double tempered glass and integrates a vacuum base clamping.
