The Chinese company UnionTech, founded in 2000, has a wide range of professional and desktop 3D printers. All of them work with different resin additive manufacturing technologies: DLP, SLA and LCD. The E140 3D printer offers high part quality and high manufacturing precision (up to 50μm). It features a total weight of 42kg and exterior dimensions of 440 × 380 × 840 mm. Among other things, UnionTech’s machine has a maximum print volume of 144 × 81 × 85 mm and high manufacturing speed, allowing it to create 6 models in as little as 20 minutes, the company claims.
Some of the outstanding applications of this machine include the creation of implants, restorations and orthodontics for the dental sector. Finally, this machine has a pixel size of 75 μm, and is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system and the company’s patented UnionTech™ DSCON data preparation and control software.
